During the month of March 2021, in the first and third ten days of March, some areas of the western and south-western parts of the country were mostly dry, with little to no rain. On the other hand, during the second ten days, most of the western and southern parts of the country, as well as some parts of the southeast, south-eastern highlands, and eastern parts of the country, were experiencing moderately moisture conditions.
