During February1-28/2021, the rain bearing meteorological systems had strengthened over north eastern, central, south western as well as southern high land areas of the nation. In the upcoming month, the rain-giving meteorological systems will be strengthened; It is expected that most of the northeast, central and southern parts of the country will receive near normal rainfall as well, occasional dry weather will also prevail between the forecast period.
