During the first dekad of January 2023 although dry, sunny and windy weather condition prevailed over most parts of the country, due to the relative strengthening of rain giving meteorological systems, in the first two days, light rains were observed in different parts of the country. In the upcoming ten days it is expected that the Bega’s dry weather condition which is currently being observed in most parts of the country will continue over most parts of the nation. As a result, the cold air will strengthen especially over the highland areas. The forecast models indicates that the night time and early morning coldness will continue in the same condition, especially in the highland areas of the country.  Back to List |
